I approve of my minor using the Tutoring Online Marketplace (“TOM”) as a tutor/student, without any further consent from me, though I will continue to supervise and monitor his/her use of the TOM (applies to minors at least 14 years old). I will supervise all tutoring sessions of my minor (applies to minors under 14 years old). I understand TOM does not hire any minors- not as independent contractors and not asemployees.
